Welcome to Golf Championship Mini. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you play our offline 2D/3D casual golf game. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We prioritize a lean, privacy-first user experience and are committed to protecting your digital footprint.

2. Information Collection and Use

We built Golf Championship Mini to be a completely offline, standalone experience. We only request the permissions strictly necessary for the app to function and deliver advertisements. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect your name, email, phone number, or personal contacts.

• No Precise Location Data (GPS): Unlike real-world golf rangefinders, this game does not require, request, or access your device's GPS or location data.
• No Camera or Microphone Access: The game operates entirely via touch controls on a digital canvas. We do not access your camera or microphone.
• Local Storage & Caching: Your active game state, round scores, and digital scorecards are stored securely within your device's local memory. This data is processed locally and is never uploaded to the cloud or transmitted to our developer servers.
• Device Identifiers: We use secure third-party services that collect Device IDs and Android Advertising Identifiers to facilitate ad delivery.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To keep the game free to play, we integrate with industry-standard third-party monetization platforms. These providers operate under their own strict Privacy Policies:

• Google AdMob: We display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements (e.g., watching an ad to earn a "Mulligan"). AdMob automatically collects and uses service data, such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and network information, to serve relevant ads and prevent fraud. All user data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Note: Golf Championship Mini does not currently utilize in-app purchases or subscription services. All gameplay elements are entirely free or accessible via rewarded advertisements.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

In compliance with modern app store Data Safety regulations:

• No Account Data: Because Golf Championship Mini operates entirely without user accounts, we do not hold any personal profile data on any remote servers.
• Local Data Deletion: Any scorecards or round histories generated during gameplay are stored locally on your device. You can permanently delete this data at any time by clearing the app's cache in your Android settings, or by simply uninstalling the app.
• No Formal Deletion Request Required: Because we do not collect, tie, or transmit your usage to a permanent, personally identifiable profile on external developer servers, no formal data deletion request to the publisher is necessary.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We maintain a lean and private gaming experience. We do not use generalized behavioral monitoring or external analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). Our third-party partner (AdMob) only collects the minimum telemetry data required to serve advertisements and maintain network security.

6. Your Privacy Rights & Consent

Depending on your region (such as the EEA or the UK), you have specific rights regarding your personal data and ad tracking.

• Consent Management: If applicable in your region, you will be presented with a Consent Management Platform (CMP) dialog upon launching the app, allowing you to grant or deny permission for personalized ad tracking.
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt-out of personalized advertising at any time by navigating to your device's system settings (e.g., Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization) or by resetting your advertising ID.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to ensure it is purged from any associated third-party advertising networks.

8. Security of Data

The security of your operational data is critical to us. Because we do not transmit your scorecards or gameplay data to external developer servers, the risk of external data breaches is mitigated natively by your device's sandboxed storage architecture. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Google Play Data Safety requirements or new app features. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
